Sophomore year at NWC. Clearly we "rocked" at school. |
today i questioned why i was willingly going back to school.
really, why did i sign up for all this work and some stress at that.
this weekend i am taking my CSET Science I & II.
not sure what that compares to in MN or any other state at that,
but mainly i am testing on my single subject that i want to teach in.
who knew i was going to have to re-learn two years of high school science
along with some i am pretty sure i never learned to begin with.
can you say nervous?
i paid a pretty little penny too many to take this test
so i must pass the first time.
no questions asked.
that is my expectation for my hubby as well when he sits for his exams.
so much $$$ to sit for a test willingly.
after this test on Saturday and a few other miscellaneous forms
i will officially be set to substitute teach here in CA
and officially ready for the credential program!!!!
woo hoo.
i faintly hear cha-ching noises in the future.
the best part of school right now is that i love the class i am currently taking.
Advanced Educational Psychology.
so interesting & who doesn't love when the class is only 7 students.
easy to learn,
easy to ask questions,
and everything goes quicker.
which means...less classes & shorter class time!
well anyways
if any of you know of an interesting ed. psych book that i could do a book report on
please do share!
i am about 3 days late in picking mine out & need to have it read in about 2 weeks!
until next time.
