friday night lights

friday night lights.

we played our biggest rival last night,

& i am sad to report we didn't do so hot.

we filled our stomaches with some great fried chicken,

warmed up like champs,

and entered the stadium like rockstars.

we scored on the second drive & the packed stands went wild.

sadly, that wasn't how the rest of the game went.

as far as our work went,

no injuries until the second half.

scottie reduced a dislocated finger & i had a sprained MCL.

pretty good night if you as me,

well minus the loss of course!

it is so fun to relive high school football,

and i have to say we have been blessed with a great group of athletes & coaches.

thankful for another safe friday night & looking forward to next weeks,
