a little sneak peak.

a little sneak peak into my heart. 

after about 720 days of sun in southern california,

this northern minnesotan girl is ready for some fall.

last year i lived vicariously through many friends social media updates.

while i bought a pumpkin candle,

shut all the blinds,

wore leg warmers

& enjoyed baking apple cider caramels.

it was the closest i came to autumn.

however,

this year i live in the pacific northwest.

there are four seasons here

& one of them is autumn!!!

yes,

i get to have fall this year.

i can't wait to enjoy the crisp air,

flannel shirts & scarves,

warm drinks & fall walks with my man & pup.

bring it on autumn,

i have missed you.

& am ready to embrace you.
