fun + tea.

we are home from a fabulous weekend in seattle.

the weather was so gorgeous

& we spent every day outside enjoying it.

it was great to see our sweet friend nicole.

we went to college with her in minnesota

& now are blessed to live close to her again! 

we also had a great time with cousins & their little man.

we enjoyed grilling out with them twice.

our weekend consisted of eating.

finding new places to eat.

coffee shops.

exploring new places.

taco trucks.

pikes market.

jazz apples & yellow peaches.

unfortunately we spent labor day paying too much at firestone.

our water pump exploded 

& managed to ruin a lot of things under the hood.

the only place open was firestone so we did what we had to.

the car is working well again but definitely not the way we wanted to spend yesterday.

we did end our day with an amazing deep dish pizza with nicole

& then sadly had to drive home.

we love seattle. 

we love being close to friends & family.

today i am spending my day resting as it seems i had too much fun 

& picked up a cold of sorts.

sore throat + headache + exhaustion.

so now it is tea & laying.

praying for healing.

this baby making is quite the ride.
