half way.

can you believe that we are half way through the NBA season?
a year ago we were coming in to the final stretch of grad school.
hubs was studying for his boards,
applying like a mad man for internships
& i was working like crazy to keep our life a float.
living with two of our best friends,
basking in the sun of southern california,
& clueless about what was in store for our next season.

a year later we are half way through the NBA season.
hubs got an amazing opportunity to be a seasonal intern,
i have been blessed to grow our first baby,
& we of course moved to a new city!

i say this all so lightly right now,
but when reflecting on what all transpired,
it is only evident that none of it would have happened without Jesus.
we have chosen to live recklessly for him.
to have faith & to follow.
we never know the next step,
but we keep our hope in him & his plans.
a lot of it doesn't make logical sense to the general public,
but isn't that real faith?
don't get me wrong,
we fail more often then not at being obedient to his word,
but if our life can be a small blink into the greater Story,
then it has all been worth is.
may Jesus continue to be glorified through our lives daily.
& as we prepare to add two more feet to this adventure....
wonder where we will be a year from now!?!
