road rage...not quite

Rant about something. Get up on your soapbox and tell us how you really feel. 

what to rant about? there are so many - not. i guess the things that come to mind are really current.
this is the portland coming out in me. when driving a car watch for pedestrians. LOOK WITH YO EYES. don't just glance or pretend you didn't see us. stroller, dog, bright tee & all. i have precious cargo. i pressed the walk button  & patiently waited for the little white man to appear. i then hesitated - looked both ways, & good thing i did. if i didn't YOU would have killed 2/3 of my herd. also, i am sorry to all pedestrians out there that i was blind too. after one too many close encounters at a cross walk, i am much more observant  & will stop for everyone no matter how slow you walk.
this is the california in me. when you need to merge. MERGE friends. don't flick yo blinker on,  think about it,  pretend to merge,  then swerve back in your lane  & repeat. MERGE dang it.  if i wave to give you the cue, GO! my offer only stands for a few seconds, then i will pass you. if you hesitate ... please don't honk at me for your fear of merging & missed opportunity.
