this is the story of a girl.

who cried a river & drowned the whole world.

while she looked so sad in photographs,

i absolutely love her when she smiles.

okay but seriously.

the story of my life in 250 words.

born in Bogotá Colombia. 

loved unconditionally & selflessly placed in an orphange.

adopted at two months old.

joined a loving family in minnesota, who forever changed my life.

grew up in a neighborhood. 

loved my two younger brothers, going to school & being in charge.

moved to northern minnesota in the woods.

spent hte rest of my childhood there.

learned to hunt & fish. 

but loved being girlie & of course was a bit too boy crazy.

graduated class co-president, yearbook editor & with honors.

went off to college where my world was rocked by Jesus.

truly understood his sacrifice for my life & found my purpose for this life.

met hubs in speech class.

we were friends for a year. 

fell in love & got engaged.

planned a wedding in 100 days.

married him in the rain at rainbow foods.

honeymooned in mexico.

lived in two apartments in six weeks in minnesota.

moved across the country to california.

hubs started grad school.

moved three more times while in california.

felling in love with everyone & everything california.

worked in a high school & found my passion for teaching them.

moved home to minnesota. jobless. homeless. broke.

found out about our baby on the way.

hubs interviewed & got hired with the trailblazers.

moved to portland for an unforgettable year.

got to meet our sweet baby girl.

now off on a new adventure to seattle as hubs works for the seahawks.

my life has been lived in unmeasurable amounts of grace, mercy & love from my Father- the King of Kings.

may our reckless faith & obedience be all to his glory.
