Plain home. Plane home.

Well, back at Borders using the internet before lunch with Jim and then off to work a football game for Norte Vista with my hubby.

This is not the blog that I’ve been facebooking about. That blog is still in the works and soon it shall be revealed. The Lord is doing mighty works in my personal & family life. Many prayers and being answered in powerful ways. I don’t want to share yet, because I do not want to hinder with my words any of what is happening.

But this blog is about our airPLANE HOME, and our plain home. 

The latter of the two is concerning our plain home. Since moving and beginning our lives here in Riverside we have not been able to make our apartment our comfy, cozy home. No hanging picutres, 3 boxes to unpack, and just a place of passing through. We desire for it to be our safe home, and a reflection of us and our love of hospitality. We have set date for when this will be done and hope that keeps us motivated to put some time into creating our sanctuary. The date for completion (Lord willing) is November 19th. Why this day? Well we are planning for a house warming party on the 20th…with hopes that will keep us motivated too!  So no longer will we have a plain home, but OUR HOME.

Now on to our PLANES HOME. Well for those of you who didn’t know, we will be in Minnesota & Wisconsin for the holiday season! Due to Scottie and my conflicting schedules we will be arriving at different times, and coming back to Cali a few days a part. Natalia is planning to depart from California onWednesday December 8th at 6:00am, and will be in Minneapolis later  that day.Scottie will be leaving from California on Wednesday December 15th at 4:30pm and will be in the twin cities later that evening. Natalia will be home until January 4th or 5th, and Scottie will be heading back to California the 3rd. We hope that you can squeeze us in your schedule, and we will be doing our best to see as many of you as possible. I’m hoping to plan a get together in GR, and also in the cities so that more people may be able to come!
