10. I went home to Grand Rapids for four days to be with my brothers, while my parents enjoyed a cruise together in the Caribbean.
9. I completed 2 distance education classes in a short 6 days. Not recommended.
8. Scottie flew in on Wednesday the 15th, after a great brother (Ali) brought him to the airport.
7. When Scottie was landing, I went out to Chino Latinos with the girls to celebrate our graduation! (Thanks to Daniel for picking my hubby up from the airport)
6. Scottie & I spent the next few nights with our dear friends Andrew & Robin Kim! Too fun, but too short.
5. On Friday December 17th I graduated from Northwestern College with my bachelors! PTL
4. Spent a wonderful week with all my dear sisters at Northwestern. It is a hard time knowing this season is over, and our lives will continue but not in the same direction! Thanks girls for so many memories…..and going out with a bang.
3. Celebrated my graduation, papi’s birthday and Christmas with family (lots of family) at my aunt’s house in Hastings, MN.
2. Christmas shopped ’til we dropped. No more Rosedale or Mall of America for a while!
1. Went to the Vikings Game in the TCF Stadium!
So there are a few snipets of our crazy time at home. Needless to say, it has been incredible! We wish we could put it all in a box and take it to California with us. We never knew our dream of seeing everyone would really come true! We have been blessed to see so many people, and look forward to seeing many more before we leave!
Blessings and love as you celebrate this precious time of year!
“And there were shepherds living out in the fields nearby, keeping watch over their flocks at night. An angel of the Lord appeared to them, and the glory of the Lord shone around them, and they were terrified. But the angel said to them, “Do not be afraid, I bring you good news of great joy that will be for all the people. Today in the town of David a Savior has been born to you; he is the Messiah, the Lord. This will be a sign to you: You will find a baby wrapped in cloths and lying in a manger.” Suddenly a great company of the heavenly host appeared with the angel, praising God and saying, “Glory to God in the highest heaven, and on earth peace to those on whom his favor rests.”
