okay, i said it.
if it were socially acceptable & husband accepting,
i'm sure i would listen to it all year long.
i know it may loose it's special quality,
but i love closing my eyes & dreaming about those cozy winter days with my family during the holidays.
this year i started a bit earlier than most.
october 5th.
i couldn't help myself.
i have heard many people say they just can't until certain dates.
i respect your traditions,
but in this home. we rock what we love.
so i have already been through my fair share of songs, artists & favorites.
i just want to share
-faith hill
-raymond gregory feat. amanda guerrero
-august burns red
-mariah carey
- she & him
- ELF!...zooey deschanel & leon redbone
hope you enjoy some of them, or many of them.

i agree! if only husbands were more agreeable to christmas music in october - i have the same condition. got the she and him christmas album also and it's been spinning non-stop. you should listen to the calling version of 'carol of the bells' - amazing. and i will always love the relient k christmas song 'i celebrate the day' - so beautiful. my favorite christmas albums are a tie between the rat pack christmas cd and the bing crosby merry christmas album. what a fun post! i will have to listen to that august burns red version of carol of the bells.
also where did you change it in your edits so that links pop up in a new window? i remember seeing that option when i started but i can't remember where it is to change it to a new window. thanks!
Christmas Eve by Celine Dion. Listen and love.
"Christmas Song" by Dave Matthews Band and "Winter Song" by Sara Bareilles and Ingrid Michaelson (not Christmas, but still seasonal) are two songs that I love listening to all year long. However, "Take A Walk Through Bethlehem" by Trisha Yearwood is my all time favorite Christmas song that is constantly playing for me through the Christmas season. I can't decorate the tree without this song playing. Hope you enjoy! :)
