- the portland contract was only for one season
- at this time there will not be an internship position with portland next year
- portland was fully aware hubs was looking for a job for next season
- we are now very thankful we were proactive in our job search
- hubs sent out 7 NFL resume packets.
- he was being considered for 2 NFL teams for next season
- seattle phone interviewed, face-to-face interviewed & offered the job within 8 days
- we accepted the job 3 days later
- the other NFL team has also removed their internship position for this upcoming season
- his title : athletic training seasonal intern
- he will be 1 of 7 athletic trainers on staff
- there are 2 interns
- seattle is on the cutting edge of sports medicine in professional sports
- the mean age of the 7 athletic trainers is 29
- hubs first day of work is June 7th
- he will travel to at least half of the away games
- we will be moving to seattle the end of may
- we are subleasing our apartment in portland
- we will be living with one of our best friend's mom
- she has an empty house with lots of room for the 4 of us
- we will technically live in Redmond
- judah will have a yard to frolic in
- hubs commute to work will be 20 minutes
- i will stay at home with baby O & work mary kay

we will still bleed purple & gold,
but we will cheer for the seahawks 15 games of the season.
the 16th we will remain unbiased.

the seahawks have taken some of the best vikes players.

Not sure how I found you, but your blog is so cute! I have a few friends who are athletic trainers at universities. One is my best friend, so I hear stories about switching jobs, etc :))
