After an interesting week, we are safe and sound in Sacramento. It was a very good drive yesterday quite beautiful and scenic and as you can see.... we found a Half Price Book Store((Scottie may have a small addiction)). How can it not be worth the drive? We introduced Melody and Karissa to the overwhelmingly fabulous store. We left all happy with our purchases, and wish we had one in SoCal.
This weekend we are in Sacramento for a CBU event on Monday. Instead of riding with the students on Sunday in a crowded bus, we decided to come up early and have some fun. Melody has family in Sacramento that we are staying with and it has been a fabulous time already. I don't think I will be able to eat enough Persian food this weekend. It's such a treat.
Continuing to thank the Lord for all of His provisions, and resting in His words of promise. We hope you are all doing well...and for the record. Snow in California this weekend.
